The on-site DOD Gateway Operation Managers shall have a TS/SCI Clearance and possess relevant experience in managing a team of system operators responsible for local and remote operationsThe DOD Gateway will have an Operations Manager on each shift whose responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:
Responsible for the facilities professionalism and timely communication with both customers and higher authorityEnsures the balance of work-load to an integrated support team managing the daily (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) care and operations of equipment located in multiple geographically separated locationsMaintains Standard Operating Procedures and develops procedures to assure maximum availability of operational assetsHelp resolve disputes or disagreementsEnsure Operators are properly trained, executing, and reporting in a timely mannerProvides timely reports on Equipment Status, Trend Analysis, Hazardous Conditions (HAZCON), and OutagesObtain EKMS 301 certification within 30 days of hireMaintains the sites Master Station Log and ensures all events occurring on shift are accurately documentedResponsible for the site's securityConducts periodic security rounds of the building and compoundWorking Environment:
Flexible 8x5 (Monday-Friday) (24x7 on-call) work schedule 24-hour X 7 supportPhysical Activities:
