Human Resources (HR) Generalist Kelly Services is looking for an HR Generalist interested in a Direct Hire opportunity for a food production company in Wahiawa.
The position is responsible for coordinating timekeeping, payroll activities, staffing, and recruitment initiatives.
Major Responsibilities And Tasks/Duties Of The Position:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate payroll activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate staffing and recruitment, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.

Assist in contract administration matters, including interpretation, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Coordinate benefit programs, providing onsite enrollment assistance and support.
Identify and coordinate training activities for companys Manage programs for CDL drivers, including drug testing and compliance with federal/state requirements.
Maintain Workers Comp records, including accident reports, investigation, and return-to-work processes.
Job Specific Requirements / Knowledge, Skills, Ability,
Experience:
- Knowledge of HR compliance laws.
- Understanding of payroll compliance and effective preparation and processing of payroll.
- Knowledge of benefit plan provisions and eligibility.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
- Valid drivers license with a clean abstract.
- Strong oral and written communication skills Required
Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business administration with an emphasis in Human Resources.
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience.
- 3-5 years of payroll and HRIS software experience.
Payrate:
$62,000 annuallyBenefits available:
