We are a franchise seeking a general manager.
The general manager is responsible for the growth, profitability and leadership of the location.
Requirements A strong work ethic Understand and execute a plan Perform all responsibilities Available 24/7 to resolve business emergencies Experience in franchise management is preferred but not required Responsibilities Conduct performance appraisals, promotions, and terminations, and recommend pay increase Take actions based on reports provided to implement improvements and increase the profitability of the location Maximize customer retention by ensuring customer satisfaction Drive sales and revenue Ensure proper inventory management procedures are followed Rapidly respond to customer's plumbing emergencies Willingness to do whatever it takes to continue growth Most importantly, be the team leader everyone wants to work with! This position offers competitive compensation based on experience level.
Pay:
Salary of $50,000-$70,000, depending on experience, plus profit sharing.
After the business is established, profit sharing should make up the majority of the general managers pay.
