o Serve as a seminar leader/facilitator/instructor to deliver Cyber CoE (Electronic Warfare) Courses at the master level.o Deliver course curricula as a seminar leader in an adult learning environment at the graduate levelo Facilitates student discussion to meet course learning objectives.o Inject appropriate lessons learned from current operations worldwide.o Assess student performance:
read, analyze, and critique student assignments, including essays, case study reports, and papers.o Assist students in the conduct of their research, assist in obtaining suitable reference materials, advise on research methodology, monitor progress in accordance with established milestones, critique drafts, evaluate finished written products, and provide comprehensive feedback on student submissions.o Identify best practices and procedures used to train Electronic Warfare at Army and Joint experiments and exercises, in its value and applicability to educate Electronic Warfare MOS (17E) personnel.o Performs other job-related duties as assigned CEMA Senior Instructor/Trainer, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
o Minimum 8 years of Army Military Intelligence experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.o In-depth knowledge of all aspects of EW Proponent training goals and programs to assure the proper planning and integration of EW training into the 17 Series Soldiers curriculum.o Significant knowledge of course location site management policies, principles, and techniques necessary to provide advice and assistance to the Fires COE DOT.o Demonstrated experience in Electronic Warfare and Cyberspace Operations.o Master's degree preferred.o In-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.o Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.o Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.o Ability to demonstrate in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.o Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.o Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.o Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal Company Information:
