Job Description
Exelis is currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support our customer in Wahiawa, Hawaii. The Engineer will be responsible for analyzing functional business requirements and design specifications for functional activities. Responsibilities will also include identification/fixing for the problems within existing systems design/implementation of new systems, enhances the existing systems and participates in analysis, design and new construction of next generation IT systems. Candidate should understand the needs of the customers and the realities of commercially available IT products, and creating requirements that will allow implementation by the architecture and engineering team and COTS products.
Required
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Science, Math, Engineering and 5 years of relevant Systems Engineering experience or 9 years of Systems Engineering experience will be considered without degree.
Must possess experience of system engineering in one or more areas including telecommunications concepts, computer languages, operating systems, database/DBMS and middleware
Certifications in one or more of the following are required: Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent MCITP (or higher), Linux RHCSA (or higher), Citrix CCAA (or higher), or Sun Safaris SCSA (or higher)
5 years' experience of systems engineering for multiple disciplines in networks, processing and services
Excellent writing and documentation skills
2 years' experience in Project and/or Primavera
Active TS/SCI with a current polygraph

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
